The RGBE or Radiance HDR image format allows you to export as a high dynamic range image. You can export your image in RGBE format, when you choose the “.hdr” extension, or explicitly choose “Radiance RGBE” as file type in the export dialog.

There are no settings to choose from. No export dialog will open after you have chosen your filename. It will automatically start the export.
