Команда создаёт новый слой почти одинаковый с активным слоем. Новое имя слоя копируется из имени исходного слоя с добавлением слова «Копия» после него.
If you duplicate a background layer which does not have an alpha channel, the new layer is provided with one. In addition, if there are any parasites attached to the active layer, they are not duplicated.
You can access this command from the main menu through → ,
or from the local pop-up menu that you get by right-clicking on the Layer Dialog.
В добавок, в Диалоге слоёв, её можно вызвать командой из контекстного меню, или нажатием на пиктограмму
внизу диалога.
